Having read various reviews I was slightly sceptical about this product, but, it arrived on time, fits perfectly and "does exactly what it says on the tin". If your in the market for a spare FZ38 battery at an excellent price you won't go wrong, Definitely recommend this to one and all.

Great stuff, it fits well and it works well. No problem getting the battery into an FZ38 and back out again, a must have spare-battery at this price.

This works great with our DMC-FZ38. The battery lasts as long as the OEM Panasonic one that came with the camera. Given the price it's definitely worth having one of these as a spare.

This part has "BATTERY PACK for PANASONIC" on the label, which says to me it's not a genuine part. The ratings are also slightly different to the S006E it's replacing: 7.4V 750mAh vs 7.2V 695aAh of the Panasonic part. However, it works and providing the slightly extra voltage doesn't fry my camera, the higher capacity should make it last longer. I've taken 1 star off because I'm always a little suspect of the quality of pattern parts. Only time will tell but so far so good.
